The insert provides optimal head and neck support and the proprietary design helps to keep pressure off your baby's developing sacrum. The insert includes a cushioned shell and removable pillow. These can be used together for younger babies who still need both head and neck support from the shell while the pillow aids positioning of the hips, spine and sacrum.
