Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately. There won’t be any extra charge and you can check the delivery status of all your orders in My Account.

All delivery dates represent the total number of working days we estimate to deliver your order. Newbie & Me will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are unused and in original packaging.

Car Seat Returns
Car seats bought in-store can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
Car seats bought online can be returned within 14 days of delivery, under distance selling regulations.
- Items must be unused and in perfect condition
- Original packaging required
- All labels must be attached and intact
If the seat has been opened or tested, we may not accept the return for safety reasons.
The buyer is responsible for return postage and collection costs. Proof of purchase is required.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply, depending on the reason and condition of the returned item. This helps us cover costs for shipping and reselling open-box items.
Posting and Packaging
We reuse original packaging as part of our recycling policy. You might receive a box with different branding—always check the contents carefully. Smaller items may be packed with larger ones.
Failed or Missed Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within three working days of dispatch, contact us. Follow up with the courier if you receive a missed delivery card to avoid extra charges.
Wrong Delivery Address
Providing an incorrect address means we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Please double-check your details or contact us if needed.
Receiving Your Orders
Inspect your items as soon as they arrive and report any issues within 48 hours. For furniture deliveries, please arrange help—drivers may not assist with moving heavy items.
