Lead Time & Cost:

The estimated delivery time for products is indicated next to the items. Delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process. Free delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes for orders over £99.

Please be aware that delivery references are in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If a product indicates a 3-5 day delivery, it will reach you within 3-5 working days. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, it is not guaranteed. Order tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Orders are not dispatched on evenings, weekends, or public holidays. Processing occurs on the next working day after receiving your order. For example, an item ordered on Friday evening will be dispatched on the following Monday, reaching you three to five working days later on Thursday.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times in our product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. Although most products are delivered within the quoted time frames, Newbie And Me Baby Store reserves the right to adjust product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions, and product discontinuations.

In case of a delivery delay, we will promptly notify you. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Collection In Store:

Click & Collect

Our free "Click & Collect" option provides a convenient way to order online. During checkout, select "collect in-store" to pick up the item at your convenience, allowing flexibility for pushchair assembly or car seat fitting.

Is Click & Collect Available on All Items?

Not all items are available for click and collect. If you mistakenly select collect in-store, we will contact you to discuss shipping options.

When Can I Collect My Order?

Contact us when placing your order to arrange collection. If stock is available, we will schedule your order for collection, dependent on the selected store. We'll confirm the collection date and time before your visit.

Proof of Purchase

For security, bring the following:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Proof of address
  • Photographic ID (driver's licence or passport)
  • The card used for payment or PayPal ID

Sign for the goods upon collection, and they will be marked as dispatched in your account. Contact us for any click and collect service queries before placing your order.

Posting and Packaging:

At Newbie And Me Baby Store, we follow a recycling policy, reusing original packaging for shipping. If you receive a package with a different brand or product on the box, check the contents. Occasionally, smaller items may be packed with larger ones.

Failed or Missed Delivery:

If your order doesn't arrive within three working days of dispatch/tracking information, contact us. Respond to courier cards for missed deliveries to avoid re-delivery charges.

Wrong Delivery Address Details:

Providing the wrong delivery address absolves Newbie And Me Baby Store of responsibility for loss. Contact us for assistance.

Receiving Your Orders:

Check received items promptly and report any issues within 48 hours. For furniture deliveries, arrange help as drivers may not assist.

Returns:

Return orders/items within 14 calendar days, with an additional 7 days to post items back. Items must be in new condition with original packaging, tags, and labels.

Return Exclusions

Hygiene and safety standards prevent the exchange or refund of used car seats/bases, mattresses, or accessories, unless faulty or damaged.

Exchanges:

Place a new order for desired items before requesting a refund for the returned item to avoid stock availability issues. Additional charges for more expensive items will require payment details.

Refund Process:

Returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, taking up to 10 days for card payments.

Terminology on Deliveries:

  • In Stock: Dispatched within 3-5 working days.
  • Back Order: In stock with the supplier, dispatched upon delivery.
  • Pre-Order: Dispatched around the advertised date on the product page.

Cost of Delivery:

  • UK Mainland: £4.99 for items below £99. Free delivery on orders above £99.
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: £13.00 for items up to travel system size. £75.00 for furniture.
