Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately. There won’t be any extra charge and you can check the delivery status of all your orders in My Account.

Delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. All delivery dates represent the total number of working days we estimate to deliver your order. Newbie & Me will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

Car Seat Returns

A car seat is a safety product, so any seats purchased in person can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect, not due to a change of mind.

Seats bought online can be returned within 14 days of delivery according to distance selling regulations.

Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, in their original packaging, with all labels attached and intact. If the seat has been removed from the packaging and tested for installation, a return may not be accepted, as we cannot ensure the seat's integrity once it has been unpacked by the customer.

The buyer is responsible for return postage and collection costs.

Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase for returns.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 30% may be payable for returns. This fee is determined based on the reason for the return and the condition of the package upon its return. This policy helps cover shipping costs and losses associated with selling open-box items.

Posting and Packaging

At Newbie and Me Baby Store, we follow a recycling policy, reusing original packaging for shipping. If you receive a package with a different brand or product on the box, check the contents. Occasionally, smaller items may be packed with larger ones.

Failed or Missed Delivery

If your order doesn't arrive within three working days of dispatch/tracking information, contact us. Respond to courier cards for missed deliveries to avoid re-delivery charges.

Wrong Delivery Address Details

Providing the wrong delivery address absolves Newbie and Me Baby Store of responsibility for loss. Contact us for assistance.

Receiving Your Orders

Check received items promptly and report any issues within 48 hours. For furniture deliveries, arrange help as drivers may not assist.

Returns

Return orders/items within 14 calendar days, with an additional 7 days to ship items back to us. Items must be in new condition with original packaging, tags, and labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

Return Exclusions: Hygiene and safety standards prevent the exchange or refund of used car seats/bases, mattresses, or accessories unless faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

Place a new order for desired items before requesting a refund for the returned item to avoid stock availability issues. Additional charges for more expensive items will require payment details.

Refund Process

Returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, taking up to 10 days for card payments.
