GENERAL CONDITIONS: – (products, payments, delivery & orders)
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract, between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you. A sales Contract is formed via 2 main elements a) Offer b) Acceptance. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally by the creation of an order form, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance.
Your order will be acknowledged when the transaction is completed, and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us, will take place once the goods have been despatched or collected.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for any reason. All orders and products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
INTERNET & IN-STORE PRICING POLICY:
All prices are shown in (£) sterling and are the prices for Online purchases only. ‘In-Store’ prices may vary from those shown on this Website depending on what promotions and offers are available. We will normally match our Online prices In-Store, provided all products purchased are paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Please be absolutely sure that the item is right for you before you start to use it. Ensure it is the colour, size or item which you desire, and that it is compatible for you to use.
Prior to using your car seat for the first time, please ensure that you have read the manufacturers installation manual, checked any car or pushchair compatibility list, and visited YouTube to see if any installation videos are available.
Please note that once you assemble your pushchair or car seat, it can’t be returned, so please make sure that you are certain that you want to keep the items before you remove it from its packaging and assembling them.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct and up to date email address, delivery address and mobile number for all communication regarding the order and delivery notifications is provided.
DELIVERY & RETURNS:
We only ship to UK addresses. All deliveries £50+ are free and take between 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, Paypal and Bacs Payment. If you would rather place your order over the phone, you may also call us with your card information, but we only accept payments up to £200 over the telephone.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order, we may use certain information about you, including any received from fraud alert agencies. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

SPECIFICATIONS: – (colours, weights & sizes)
We reserve the right to alter specifications of items, as sizes and weights are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to limitations of photographic and calibration of different output devices. Products may differ to images due to manufacturing changes. A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour.
Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault. Wood is a natural product and the grain and finish will vary from piece to piece. Manufacturers normally use different grades of woods for items such as cots or cot beds, and, therefore the finish can appear differently.
As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase, if this item has sold out and has been purchased, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible.
All prices are stated next to each product on the website at the time of ordering. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges which may be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
Although we attempt to ensure our pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion notify you the correct prices, and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or to continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honoured and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER:
If you wish to change, amend or cancel your order, we recommend you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. or call us immediately on 01625 440688, We will aim to respond to your email within 48 hours. Please include your name, order number, contact number and address to help us deal with your query as quickly as possible.
You have 7 days from the initial order in order to change your order, after this time period we may not be able to change your order.
You have the right to cancel any order made with NEWBIE AND ME, a refund will be given providing the items have not been dispatched. Please note that if we have already dispatched your items our standard returns process will apply, and charges will be incurred for refused deliveries. We recommend that you keep the boxes should the products need to be returned.
If your card has already been charged, we will aim to credit your account with the full amount within 48 hour, but can take a maximum of 10 working days to be processed, once processed it can depend on your bank or credit card provider to clear funds

CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order if:
-we do not deliver to your area
-one or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website
-the payment transaction was not authorised by your card provider.
-the product you ordered being unavailable from stock
-suspected fraudulent activity
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by phone, email and refund any monies paid to us as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
