Panda – Payment Plans
HOW IT WORKS:
Layaway is a great choice for customers who would like to take advantage of a product, special offer, or price but they aren’t quite ready to take delivery right away. Another reason would be because they are working on a budget and would like to spread the cost of their purchase. This option is perfect for many situations and is a free service we offer to all our customers.
PAYMENT PLAN CONDITIONS:
Layaway orders are accepted on the majority of our products, the product must be valued at £350+.
The Customer must have a Newbie Account, this will be issued once registered on our site.
If the price of the products change in your order, we will honour the price at the time of the initial deposit. Any future offers the store promotes online or in store will not be honoured or apply any promotions that have expired.
A minimum (non refundable) deposit of 30% is required at the time of the layaway is placed. We do not do credit checks or add any interest to your purchase.
We accept Online Payments, Bank Transfers, Card or Cash payments are also accepted for layaway orders. Upon every payment received, we will provide a receipt for the customers records.
Payments can be made at any time, however payments must be completed within 6 months of the account being opened. Failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled and the 30% deposit being non refunded. If we have to store the product for longer than 6 months of the initial order, then there will be a storage fee.
Accounts in some cases must be paid in full 30 days before the delivery date, although in most cases your items will be available to collect or delivered once your final payment has been cleared.
Please clear any outstanding amounts 2 weeks before the arranged delivery or collection date.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
Any order reserved with a deposit can be amended up to 7 days after the order has been placed, depending if the order has not been sent out for delivery or brought into store.
If an order is cancelled during the layaway process, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking and administration fee. Any other monies paid by the customer will be returned to them through the same initial payment method.

DELIVERY FOR ITEMS RESERVED WITH A DEPOSIT:
An approximate delivery date will be required when an order is placed. This date is approximate and a confirmed delivery date can be specified nearer to the time of delivery.
Orders can only be dispatched to the specified delivery address from when the order is placed. Certain items cannot be reserved with a deposit, these items can be added to the basket at the same time and delivery will be made as per our usual terms and conditions. If preferred and where possible we can store these items and dispatch all items together.

Newbie And Me may contact you regarding your layaway by E-mail or telephone. It is your responsibility to ensure our emails are not filtered from your E-mail inbox.
This is a Free service that we offer on selected items worth £350
Your balance needs to be cleared 6 months from the start of the initial payment plan, and 30 days prior to your delivery date.
You can pay as much or as little as you require, we will always recommend that you ensure your order is paid in full at least 4 weeks before you wish to take delivery or collection of your order.
We do understand that sometimes circumstances in finances can change overnight. If unfortunately you have no option other than to cancel your payment plan, there will be a 30% restocking and administration fee, the remaining amount will be refunded.
Payment plans cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale price, coupon code or discount voucher. The payment plan is a free of charge service offering 0% interest. Whilst we do not charge extra to pay by instalments, we cannot also offer discounts. From time to time we may be able to do this however enquire if we are able to offer this service.
We cannot accept responsibility when items are discontinued or out of stock prior to the final payment being made. If you have any concerns over the availability of an item prior to completing your plan, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
