We always aim to process returns in the quickest timeframe possible. However, in extreme circumstances, there can be a maximum waiting period of 28 days for faults to be repaired by the manufacturer.

Walk ins welcomed. Only time appointments may be necessary is if we do late opens, collection items or if you require a fully in depth walk through of the different products.

This is a Free service that we offer on selected items worth £350+
Your balance needs to be cleared 6 months from the start of the initial payment plan, and 30 days prior to your delivery date.
You can pay as much or as little as you require, we will always recommend that you ensure your order is paid in full at least 4 weeks before you wish to take delivery or collection of your order.
We do understand that sometimes circumstances in finances can change overnight. If unfortunately you have no option other than to cancel your payment plan, there will be a 30% restocking and administration fee, the remaining amount will be refunded.
Payment plans cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale price, coupon code or discount voucher. The payment plan is a free of charge service offering 0% interest. Whilst we do not charge extra to pay by instalments, we cannot also offer discounts. From time to time we may be able to do this however enquire if we are able to offer this service.
We cannot accept responsibility when items are discontinued or out of stock prior to the final payment being made. If you have any concerns over the availability of an item prior to completing your plan, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
