LEAD TIME & COST:
The estimated delivery time is stated next to products, delivery costs for your order are calculated within the checkout stage. Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes on orders over £99.
Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If you order item states 3-5 day delivery, it will be delivered to you by 3-5 working days. We endeavour to deliver your order to you by the estimated delivery date stated, however this is not a guaranteed date. You will receive your order tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We are also unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends or public holidays. We will process orders the next working day following receipt of your order. For example, an Item ordered on Friday evening, this would be dispatched on the next working day (Monday) and would be delivered three to five working days later (Thursday).
DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times reflected in our product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. While it is usual for most products to be delivered within the quoted time frames, Newbie And Me Baby Store reserves the right to amend product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations.
In the event of a delivery delay, Newbie And Me Baby Store will notify you promptly, but we will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated delivery times.

COLLECTION IN STORE:
CLICK & COLLECT
Our free “Click & Collect” option is a convenient and simple way to order online.
During the checkout process, you now have the option to select “collect in store”.
This allows you to collect the item from a store of your conveniences and not have to wait in for your delivery, it also gives you the flexibility of having your pushchair built or car seat fitted.
IS CLICK & COLLECT AVAILABLE ON ALL ITEMS?
Not all items are available on click and collect.
Please note: If you have selected collect in store in error we will contact you to discuss your shipping options.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
When you place your order, please contact us to arrange collection of your order. If the stock is available we will be able to book your order ready for collection (this is dependant on the store you select for the click and collect service.
We will contact you in regards to your collection, we will aim to set a collection date and possibly time. Before you come to collect your order, please contact us for confirmation as your order may need to be transferred from an external site.
WHAT PROOF OF PURCHASE DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
- For security purposes you will need to bring with you the following pieces of information and I.D:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Proof of address
- Photographic I.D (drivers licence or passport)
- The card you used to pay or your PayPal I.D.
- You will be asked to sign for the goods that you are taking and then your items will be marked as dispatched in your account.

POSTING AND PACKAGING:
At Newbie And Me Baby Store we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect.
Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items – please double check the contents of the box.
FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY:
If your order/item(s) do not arrive within three working days of receiving dispatch/tracking information via e-mail or confirmation via telephone of delivery, then please contact us and we will contact the courier.
If you miss the delivery of your order, you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day. If this redelivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the courier’s depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to Newbie And Me Baby Store. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS:
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then Newbie And Me Baby Store cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.
However if you contact us we will try and help you with any information you might require.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS:
Please check all the items you have received as soon as possible, so you can make us aware of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We have a limited amount of time to raise issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this time period.
For furniture deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address, as the driver may need assistance or it may be a curb side delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for the items to be taken into the home. The driver is not employed by Newbie And Me Baby Store, so we cannot guarantee they will assist.
RETURNS:
We will accept return orders/items within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order, with a further 7 calendar days for you to post the items back to us. Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear, it must also include all original packaging, as well as having all tags and labels still attached.
Original boxes and other packaging in which our products are sold in, are considered part of the product and therefore must also be returned to us in an undamaged and unused condition. We will not accept items returned without the branded packaging and labels/tags.
Please note that any costs incurred returning unwanted items to us, are at your own expense unless the return is a result of our error or is faulty. Please email or telephone us before returning any item stating your reason for return. We can arrange a collection for you at a cost of £20 per parcel, which can be deducted from your refund for goods returned or paid for up front.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
To return or exchange goods, simply package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to us to our return address (return address is below) along with our completed Returns Form.

We require further information such as whether you would like an exchange or refund and your reason for this as required on the Returns Form. If the items are returned, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee.
We do stress that when returning items we strongly recommended that you obtain proof of collection or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, we can only refund once the goods are received back in our warehouse and have been inspected.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS
Due to hygiene and safety standards we are not able to exchange or refund car seats/bases, mattresses, or accessories which have been used unless faulty or damaged.
EXCHANGES:
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place a new order for the items you would like to exchange for and then request a refund for your returned item. We advise that you proceed that way, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your returned item. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability before receiving your returned item.
If any items to be exchanged are more expensive than the original items, you will need to supply a daytime telephone number which allows us to contact you during our office hours; this is so we can obtain payment details for the additional charges. If however, the item is of less value we will refund the difference on processing the exchange.
REFUND PROCESS:
A return will be processed within 2-3 days of it being received at our warehouse, this may take longer during sale periods and holidays. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Card payments can take up to 10 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between banks.
TERMINOLOGY ON DELIVERIES:
Items that show as ‘In Stock’ are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Please contact us for more information.
Items that show as ‘Back Order’ are in stock with the supplier and will be dispatched as soon as we received delivery of the items. Please contact us for more information.
Items that show as ‘Pre-Order’ will be dispatched from Newbie and me around the date advertised on the product page. Once the order has been placed we will update you with the delivery timescale. Please contact us for more information.
COST OF DELIVERY:
UK Mainland: Items priced below £99.00 the cost of delivery is £4.99. Free delivery on orders above £99.
Scottish Highlands & Islands: £13.00 for items up to travel system size (30kg max) . £75.00 for furniture.
