Click and Collect
Our Click & Collect service is a convenient way for you to pick up your chosen products for your littles ones you’ve ordered online from our website. You can collect from either our Telford or Crewe store provided you live in a 30 km radius. This service is free there is no minimum spend required. We will do our absolute best to meet your expectations, but they cannot be guaranteed – this is subject to stock, courier availability and demand. If stock is available in store your order will be ready to collect within 48 hours.
What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
- The name that the order was placed under
- The email we sent saying the order is ready for collection
- A bank card or some photo ID.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes, they will need to bring:
- The name that the order was placed under
- The email we sent saying your order’s ready for collection.
- Their own bank card or photo ID.
How long do I have to collect my order?
If you haven’t collected your order after seven days, we’ll send you an email to remind you. If you still haven’t collected your order after 14 days, we’ll put it back into stock. After that, we’ll refund you, which should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.
